paige tends to get a lot of gutter balls, and binkies, lately, so in spite of her objection, we decided it was time to play this game with bumpers. yay bumpers!
while we were out about about, we also picked up a few other things:
yay solid foods! here she is waiting. can't you see the excitement?
my socks, by the way, are doubling as leg-warmers and sock-keeper-oners while she grows into winter her boots. yay socks!
she devoured the cereal and still had a full bottle after. she is definitely ready for this stuff. we had a video, but it still hadn't loaded after two hours. so, maybe later.
this is one of her newest tricks, along with trying to sit up and leaning over to reach for things. as her bottle gets lighter, she'll grab it and feed herself.
when did my baby get to be so big?
That last picture looks like she's saying..."Mom, leave me alone, I'm busy here!" Her bib isn't even messy? How did that happen? She is so darling. YEAH! She likes food! Did she sleep better? Love the cartoon and the leg warmer idea was very clever! I'm glad she's getting so good at bowling--her Grandpa will love to challenge her in a year or too! I just bought the same bowls & spoons from Ikea; no, not for me, for little ones who might visit!
ReplyDeleteHeh. Gutter binkies. With Emily, we used to boil the pacifiers frequently to make sure they stayed sterile. With Elinor, we tend to wipe it off on our shirt occasionally. But we do try to keep it out of the gutter.
